- No, we currently offer shipping within Malaysia only. However, we do export bulk orders. For international bulk orders, please contact us through Whatsapp for further assistance.
2. What are your business hours?
- We operate from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Orders placed outside these hours will be processed on the next business day.
3. Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
- Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled. However, for any inquiries or concerns regarding bulk orders, please contact us through Whatsapp, and we will assist you accordingly.
4. How long does shipping take?
- For deliveries within Peninsular Malaysia, standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days. Deliveries to East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak) may take longer, typically within 5-10 business days.
5. Do you offer expedited shipping?
- No, we currently do not offer expedited shipping options.
6. Can I track my order?
- Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery online.
7. What is your return policy?

8. Do you offer self pick-up options?
- Yes, in addition to shipping, we offer a self pick-up option for customers who prefer to collect their orders directly from our store. You can select the self pick-up option during the checkout process.

10. Are your products suitable for children?
