1. Exchanges:
- We accept exchanges for items that are defective or damaged upon receipt.
- If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the exchange process.
- To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Exchanges will be processed once the defective or damaged item is returned to us.
2. Returns:
- We accept returns for items that are unused and in their original condition.
- If you wish to return an item for any reason other than defect or damage, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or damage.
3. Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a defect or damage.

- Personalized or customized items are not eligible for exchange or return unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
- Clearance or sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
