- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays), between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times:
- We offer Standard Shipping with an estimated delivery within 3-7 business days within Peninsular Malaysia.
- For deliveries to East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak), estimated delivery times may be longer, typically within 5-10 business days.
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location and other external factors.
3. Self Pick-Up Option:
- In addition to shipping, we offer a self pick-up option for customers who prefer to collect their orders directly from our store.
- You can select the self pick-up option during the checkout process.

4. Order Cancellation/Modification:
